In battle Alex is very happy and hyper always wanting to take down one target then take down another one right after that the reason for that is so he can study the dead titan bodies and learn something new about them every day, though these are his main traits he does act serious when it comes down to it, Alex will try his best not to let anyone die. when someone does die Alex becomes a sad whinny baby but one jolt of adrenaline and he'll be back on his feet in no time.

his final trait is that he seems kinda suicidal throwing himself into situations he knows he cant win, though this is what makes his trait so special even though he may lose his life he can save another persons life. it may be what kills him someday but until then he'll keep doing it.  this suicidal trait has a down fall though, it sometimes leads to more deaths then it should, he has tried saving his teammate's many times and he has ended up having a titan crush a schoolhouse other times the titan will go on a rampage and demolish anything near by.



While out of battle Alex is very sweet and nice but before he becomes someones friend he is always mad and angry at almost everyone, mainly because he cant tell if they are a superior or not he wants to make his first impression one they wont forget.

Appearance:Alex stands at about 5*9 he is not very strong but has a good  amount of muscle on him just enough to where he wont get beat up by thieves or anybody that doesn't like him.Alex has a strange hair color which was his natural selection from birth, purple hair he also always wears the trainee clothes with the garrison symbol stamped on the back. He is seen with the 3-D maneuvering gear on his person at all times, even though Garrison doesn't need it most of the time he still likes to just glaze lazily in the sun on a bright day or when their is nothing to do. His civilian clothing consists of a simple green shirt laced with leather, a jacket with white fur on the sides, he wears simple leather loin cloth pants and wears fitting dress shoes with the clothes, his emotions also change with this. He will put on a simple smiling face and try his best to act nice, however the facade will quickly wear off when he is around his friends or simply enjoying the day.

In summer Alex will simply wear thin cut loin shorts, some leather shoes and a green shirt, the same one he wears for his civilian clothing, During the cold winter days Alex will wear heavy lined loin pants, two to three shirts, boots and a cape.

Character Information

Likes:Alex likes to sit on the wall most days just watching the sun as it reminds him of what he used to do before the titan attacks, he also likes to study titans from a far and not get up close almost making him like a younger Hanji but not as crazy. Alex also likes cookies, it's a delicacy he cant afford but the first time he tried one he went crazy and wanted more, almost like how Sasha does when she sees a potato.

Dislikes: Alex dislikes getting into a fight, mainly because he has to quit studying the titans and he isn't that good of a fighter, Alex also dislikes higher ranked people, as most of the time they seem sorta snobby and mean to everyone. the final thing he dislikes is sleep as he doesn't know what might happen in the night, he thinks he may get eaten by a titan, or that a spider will crawl into his ears, his nose, and his mouth while he does sleep.

Fears: Alex fears being eaten by a titan, though he is not afraid of the actual titans he is afraid of what awaits him inside their stomachs, slowly being digested until he is nothing but mush inside the stomach, Alex also has a fear of spiders though these little beings don't show up often he is still afraid of them.   he also fears hanji, though he may act like her he still is afraid that she might go crazy one day.

Motivations: Alex studies the titans just to help motivate man kind into the next generation he does this because he hopes that man kind will soon step into a normal life without the titans there to scare humans and finally push them into extinction. Alex also kills and studies titans to hopefully see the outside world one day and live in peace never having to worry about titans in the future.

Character History

Background:
Alex's story started when he was born in the middle of wall maria, his father had left the family to start his own life and left his mother to take care of him and his big brother and little sister John and Christa Kano. Alex would then one day at the age of fourteen be reading a book on the side walk, then the fifty meter tall titan would break down the door and sent him flying, he landed with many cuts and bruises. Alex would quickly stumble into an alley, he was a couple hundred feet from the walls outer gate, he ran as quickly as he could. Little did he know he would be on the same boat that would make people watch as their last chance at life drifted off, Alex then decided to join the trainee's. he did not make it into the top ten but he knew he wasn't going to join the military police.


Alex then decided to join Garrison group but that one day in 850 the wall was broke down again by the same 50meter tall titan, Alex fell from the wall and would soon shoot the hooks from his maneuvering gear into the upper part of the wall, he looked down just as the titan would kick the gate. later  during the ceremony he would walk away and join the garrisons to protect the wall from another attack as he didn't want the nightmare to happen again.

Alex would meet Hanji Zoe, she would take him up as a student, of course it took a while, mainly because she was dealing with titan studies but when she did get to Alex they would talk for hours on end on how to study titans more efficiently, soon Alex would stop talking to hanji as she would spend more time with her studies, he went back to his normal old life, sitting on the wall doing nothing..

Later in his life at the age of nineteen he would try his best to protect the walls and everything with it, he would always be seen dropping down from the walls to kill approaching titans, he still put on his facade and would go on with his life, killing titans, sitting on the wall. Talking to his friends and eating whatever he could find in the Head quarters.
