Alright then! Since I've posted several snippets of my writings I figured why not do something different this time? Aside from rping, cosplay is another one of my past times I love to death. I've cosplayed only a handful of characters thanks to the fact how expensive some of these outfits can be to make or buy. The characters I have cosplayed thus far have been:
Sasuke Uchiha Naruto
Kenshin Himura from Rurouni Kenshin
Albel Nox from Star Ocean 3
Liger Zero -Zero Armor from Zoids New Century Zero
DDE one of my OCs
Grim Hound another one of my OCs.
I currently only have a few pictures of DDE, Liger Zero and Albel. Kenshin and Sasuke I never took pictures of and the Grim Hound I need to actually get those pictures from my friend who took them. But in the mean time here are some links to my cosplays, I'm posting links to avoid stretching the page with how large some of these images are.
DDE:

DDE is an oc a creature known as a Psycho Raptor, a custom species created by Freakzter of DeviantArt. This cosplay is currently incomplete and in the process of being updated. The mane is going to be changed to be much longer, her wings will be built and added, armor will be added as well. A little quick fact about her. Those feet were built on top of 6 in heeled boots to give me added height plus they were padded up so resemble an animal foot. You cannot see it too easily here but in side views most obviously.
Albel Nox:

I didn't have time to remove the little backpack I had on or get my wallet out of the belt there XD I'm standing at that particular angle to avoid showing my other arm. I had just removed the claws and armor to be able to go eat when I had the request of a picture happen. So I got inventive and did this.
Liger Zero:
http://orig12.deviantart.net/d632/f/2009/202/5/9/spirit_of_the_liger_zero_by_dregrith.jpgThis is probably the Cosplay I have and always will be the most proud of. This pic is actually on a friend's account but you can find it and many others on my super old and super no longer in use deviantart account Dregrith. This was made in the spring of 2008 and premiered at Otakon 2008. Ever since that day, everything changed. I COMBED the internet for YEARS prior to doing this cosplay and I could not find a SINGLE zoid cosplayer out there! Mecha was and still is a HARD area to cosplay. Mostly because its either going to look terrible or look good. Its barely in between.
Until I did this, there were no zoid cosplayers. I did this, posted photos up on the internet and so did everyone else who happened across me at the con...and now look what I started. I'm serious, go to google and type in image search zoid cosplay or liger zero cosplay. THERE ARE HUNDREDS OF THEM NOW! I started a trend, I was the start to bringing Zoids back to life. I broke the ice, and everyone returned.
When I did this cosplay it was on a SUPER LOW budget, but even for the budget it looked nice. Made out of foam, fun foam, foam board, plastic and plastic card, felt, paper towel cores for the tail and a pair of old boots, silly string caps, and gym floor foam...this Liger was the first and the one to start the land slide. It looked decent and boy did it get attention! I couldn't even get out of the parking garage without people swarming me! I got out of the car with half the armor on and people were hovering around taking pictures while I got ready. I had an escort of 30 people coming out of the garage and more jumping in as I walked the few blocks it took to get to the convention. There were people standing up there who saw me and started yelling LIGER! LIGER! HEY EVERYONE THERE IS A ZOID HERE! A DAMN ZOID!
I couldn't even get into the damn con for two hours because I was being swarmed outside by people and could barely move a few feet. By the time I got inside, within an hour of me being there, I kid you not the entire con...and we are talking Otakon and that means THOUSANDS of people, had heard there was a zoid running around. People swarmed so much that the following year the staff was actually forced to write up new rules in the guide book! Now that's when you know you are doing cosplay right, when staff is forced to write new rules because of swarms of people around a cosplayer or group of them. There were hundreds of people constantly asking me how this was made, and more pushing for me to enter into the walk on costume contest at the Masquerade. [[sadly I ended up leaving before then as I ended up getting sick]]
I am the original Liger Zero Cosplayer. They called me the Liger Zero Girl. Two other Liger Cosplayers came right after me upon searching me out online. LigerZeroLindsey and EternalJustice002. The QueSeraSera with her plushie Liger Cosplay....and from then on it exploded. LigerZeroLindsey has since cosplayed all of Liger's non Fuzor Armors. There have been other zoids done such as Blade Liger, Shield Liger, Command Wolf, Ptera Striker, Zaber Fang, Rev Raptor, Berserk Fury, Konig Wolf, Murasame Liger, Hayate Liger, Mugen Liger, Liger Zero X, Liger Zero Falcon, Liger Zero IX, even several fully functional Quadruped Liger Zero body suits and a Berserk fury built in the same fashion as the Walking with Dinosaurs live action baby trex and raptors.
Zoids was my childhood fandom, what I grew up on. It was my pride and my passion and though this cosplay now pales in comparison to what others have done since then, I cannot say how proud I am to see what they have done and what this has become. We are Zoiders and we will never die.
